There are few, if any rentals, which can compare with the luxury and location of this villa. And our neighbors on the street are fabulous, we closed on a Monday, and that night was invited to a block party, a mens golf group, a ladies luncheon, a couples golf and dine, and a Halloween party at the corner! Needless to say our two weeks there were fabulous.
A short golf cart ride CONVENIENT to SUMTER LANDING AND THE NEWER BROWNWOOD where you can listen to music nightly! Close to Cane Garden Country Club. and Seabreeze recreation center w Pickle ball! and a sport pool. And Lake Mione recreation center. And Seabreeze.
We are close to many pools & golf courses! . A 4 minute golf cart to Sterling Heights, Hibiscus, Alamanda Recreation Center with pickleball, tennis and pool. Fishhawk Family Pool & recreation center is also just a few minutes away!
Tamarind Grove adult pool is a short walk and the PRETTIEST adult pool in all of the villages, with huge Oaks, and spanish moss adjacent to a small park. And St. James adult pool is also just a few minutes.
Cane Country Club is within a five minute cart ride, and 7 executive par 3 courses are right around the neighborhood! Quiet and peaceful, yet ideal for those who wish to partake in all The Villages has to offer.
