$2,000 per month rent.  Includes home rent, insurance, taxes, water, sewer, trash, all amenities, lawn care, pest control, well-furnished home including all linens and towels. Tenant pays electric and internet.

Golf cart rental available at $400 per month.

Payments: A non-refundable first and last months' rent is due with booking reservation. 90 days prior to occupancy; a $500 damage, $200 pet (if applicable), and $125 for cleaning deposit is due.  If not paid 90 days prior to beginning of lease term, the deposit is forfeited, and reservation cancelled.

NOTE: Sub-leasing permitted with management approval.

The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55yrs+.  At least one occupant is to be at least 55 years old.  Younger guests are permitted for a limited time.
