As you enter the front door, you will find a lovely kitchen with white cabinets, fully equipped for all your kitchen needs. Enjoy your breakfast and hot coffee while reading your Daily Sun newspaper at the long pony bar breakfast area. There is a spacious, open dining room and living room with a tv as well as plenty of seating.  Step out the side slider in the dining room to the patio area with a pergola and flagstone walk.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with 2 night stands with lamps, tv,  full size dresser, large walk in closet, private bathroom with walk in shower. The sliding door leads out to your private screened lanai where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. There is an outdoor table and patio chairs, as well as an outdoor couch, that lead to the low maintenance, professionally landscaped yard.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands with lamps, TV, as well as a dresser and desk area. This bedroom and guest bathroom are separated from the living area by a pocket door.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 night stands with lamps and a desk area with a printer for guests to use.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house.  There are also cabinets and a pantry located in the laundry room as well as an iron, ironing board and vacuum. We provide linens, towels, bedding and pool towels.

2 seater Yamaha golf cart is included as well as 3 bicycles and helmets, a Weber grill, DishTV, 3 Rokus and high speed internet.

THERE IS A RING DOOR BELL AND SECURITY CAMERAS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY FOR YOUR SAFETY AND SECURITY THAT ARE MONITORED AND MAINTAINED BY THE LANDLORD.

All utilities, cable TV, high speed Internet, Daily Sun newspaper, trash, exterminator and lawn service are included.

Rent does not include 11% Florida & Marion county sales tax.

No pets allowed or smoking in the house.

Rental Policy:
Reservation deposit of 50% of reservation is due within 10 days of booking. If you cancel for any reason, this deposit is only refundable if the home is able to be rented for the same time frame.

$150.00 cleaning fee.

$50.00 Villages ID fee admits two residents to Village amenities, such as recreation center classes, pools, and golf. This is paid along with your deposit. You will have access to free golf at all the 42 executive golf courses (small fee is charged if using the golf cart on the course).  There is an additional charge for golfing on the 12 Championship courses. This pass also gives you access to all pools (except the Country Club pools), pickle ball, 1,000's of clubs and activities and discounts at the movie theaters located in all 3 squares. Additional guests can obtain free guest passes once the temporary Resident's ID's have been obtained.

Security deposit of $750.00 will be added to the remaining rental fee due, payable 45 days before the start of the rental period.
Security deposit, after inspection, will be returned within 30 days.

All payments must be by bank/cashiers check, money order or pay pal account.

The owners are residents of The Villages and are conveniently available to assure you a wonderful rental experience.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.

Rented see through kayaks for 5 hours @ Hunter Kayaks. All these parks were 40 mins to one hour away from your place!!! Warning to all your guests, “they may extend for a few more nights not wanting to leave” is bound to happen.
