Several executive and championship golf courses such as the Havana Country Club are only a few minutes from the house. There are several recreation centers including the Colony Cottage Regional and the Sea Breeze Regional RCs just a few minutes away. The Colony Plaza shopping center is within 5 minutes by golf cart.

25% of total rent (non-refundable) amount due within 7 days of booking.
$1000 security deposit & remaining rental amount due 45 days before occupancy.
$125 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit at the end of your stay. Waived if 2 or more months rented.
Monthly rate includes 10% Florida sales tax, all utilities (max. $200/mo electric), trash, lawn, and pool services. Additionally, rates are based on a check-in date of the first of the month (4 PM) and a check-out date of the last day of the month (10 AM).
*Optional pool heat is available only when outdoor temperature is sustained above 55 degrees F. Pool and spa heat will be charged based on actual use in excess of $200/mo total electric utility bill.
**Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For additional guests wishing to share the house an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent, pro-rated to number of nights occupied.
