A security deposit of $500.00 is due with the signed agreement and will be refunded within 15 days of the Check Out date provided there is no damage to the property or furnishings,
Rental Rate: Payment in full shall be due within 30 days of the Check In, including a Check Out cleaning fee of $150.00.
Pricing is for 2 adults. You may have an additional guest for 1-2 nights but any further nights would incur a charge of $25 per night.
Cancellation Policy: If guest cancels prior to 30 days before Check In, the deposit is refundable if the villa is able to be re-rented for those dates. We also take into consideration any cancellation request due to personal health circumstances.
