We provide a two person Yamaha Gas Golf Cart. The Golf Cart is furnished with very comfortable bucket seats and is enclosed with sliding doors. It is normally operated with doors opened unless it is raining or too cold for the occupants. This means when it starts to rain you won't get rained on, getting out of the cart to roll down and fasten cloth sides. You just slide the doors closed from your seat inside the cart.
We don't believe in charging extra fees, such as cleaning fees to our guests. Unless our guests leave our villa in less than the excellent shape it was in when they arrived. We have found that very rarely happens.
Everything is spelled out in our Rental Agreement and Contract. These documents, drawn specifically to the month or months you're possibly interested in renting, are available for the asking by either e-mail (email@example.com) or phone (352) 259-1043. Feel free to look the documents over before you decide whether or not you are interested in renting our villa.
We have found that many of our guests enjoy the option of riding bicycles around "The Villages". So we provide two bikes without any additional fees, to accommodate those guests.
It is providing a very clean well appointed villa for our guests since 2006, as well as listening to our guests in order to provide them with the extras such as these, that has earned us our Five Star rating.
90% of our guests end up buying homes in "The Villages" and become our neighbors and friends. I know this because the ones who end up doing the snowbird routine, trust me enough to hire me to look after their home in "The Villages", while they summer up north.

- Our villa is conveniently located midway between the Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing Town Squares. The Town Squares have free nightly entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The Savannah Center and Santiago Recreation Center are the closest Recreation Centers. They are a minute or two away by golf cart. Both have swimming pools (Savannah for exercise, Santiago for families), bocce, shuffle board, and other activities. In addition, the Santiago Recreation Center has tennis, pickleball along with the El Santiago and El Diablo Executive Golf Courses. Our villa is also just minutes away from Publix, Walmart, Fresh Market, and Wynn Dixie.

- Rental Policies and Payments.:
We require a $750.00 reservation/damage/security deposit remitted at the signing of the contract. This deposit is returned to the renter within 14 days after checkout assuming our villa is returned to us in the same excellent condition it was in when the renter arrived.
Rent is required three months before arrival as described in the Rental Agreement and Rental Contract Documents. Rental documents will be provided upon request. They are written in plain simple English without any fine print.
As many potential guests may inquire about the same dates, no rental is final until the contract is executed. A contract is considered executed when it is signed by the renter, received by the owner, and a receipt is forwarded to the renter for the reservation deposit.
The Villages requires a non-refundable $50.00 fee which is to be paid by a separate check made payable to "The Villages" and sent to the owners, with the first rent payment. The property owner will complete the necessary forms and deliver the forms with that check to The Villages Lifestyle Team. The renters will pick-up their ID cards at either the Lake Sumter Landing Sales Office or The Villages Lifestyle Expo normally offered on the first day of each month. This fee is to transfer all the rights, discounts (movies, Katie Belles private restaurant) and use of the amenities (golf ,pools, rec centers etc.) of the owner to the renters. This is a one time fee for the duration of the renters continuous stay in the same residence, whether it be for a week or a year.
