If you love to golf, Duval is a perfect location. There are numerous executive golf courses all within minutes and the Havana Country Club offers 27 championship holes that will challenge even the best.
Stretch out in the master bedroom king sized bed, or very comfortable queen in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and there's even a gas grill if you like grill outside.

$2,000 per month rent. Includes home rent, insurance, taxes, water, sewer, trash, all amenities, lawn care, pest control, well-furnished home including all linens and towels. Tenant pays electric and internet.
Golf cart rental available at $400 per month.
Payments: A non-refundable first and last months' rent is due with booking reservation. 90 days prior to occupancy; a $500 damage, $200 pet (if applicable), and $125 for cleaning deposit is due. If not paid 90 days prior to beginning of lease term, the deposit is forfeited, and reservation cancelled.
NOTE: Sub-leasing permitted with management approval.
The Villages is an active senior community for residents 55yrs+. At least one occupant is to be at least 55 years old. Younger guests are permitted for a limited time.
