Master bedroom has a King size bed, ceiling fan, night-stand w/ reading light, dresser, and direct access to a 10ft x 6ft walk-in closet. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass patio door that opens to the screened in lanai and nice yard with a privacy wall for your privacy.

Guest bedroom has Queen bed and nice size closet.

3rd Bedroom has been converted to a den for relaxing, and a writer's desk for using your laptop computer.

Linens and towels are provided plus two beach towels for the neighborhood adult pool within walking distance. A large family pool is only a mile away at the Captiva Recreation Center where you can also play tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, corn toss, or utilize the covered picnic tables. 

This vacation rental is very close to five grocery stores, including a Neighborhood Walmart.

Rental Policy: Taxes, utilities, cable TV, high speed internet, trash pick-up, lawn service, pest control and Village's guest IDs* are included. House Keys and Villages Gate passes will be available upon arrival.

* $175 cleaning fee / unit provisions & $50.00 cost for The Villages Temporary Guest ID will be deducted from your security deposit. Security / damage deposit will be returned within 10 days of your departure, providing there is no excessive wear and tear, damage or removal of contents i.e. hairdryer, toaster, and the return of house keys, gate passes and garage door opener.

Owners live in the Villages and will make sure everything goes well during your stay!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Owner will provide renter with a comprehensive list of reputable golf cart rental agencies just outside the Villages. Many of these agencies own over two hundred golf carts they rent.  This is their primary business, they have very competitive rates. The advantage of renting the golf cart from them, is you can choose between a gas or electric, a two-seater or a four-seater, and you will be provided important liability insurance. In addition, these agencies offer 24/7 Roadside Assistance in the event you should have a flat tire, run out of gas, or have a mechanical problem. They simply bring you another cart, pick up your old cart and you are back on your way! The agencies will bring your cart to you on the day you move in & will pick it up the day you depart all at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

*$50.00 cost for The Villages Temporary Guest ID will be deducted from your security deposit refund.
* Rental agreement and rates are based on 2 person occupancy - No Pets, No Children or Grand Children.           * Overnight guests may incur an additional charge, please advise names and length of their stay.
* Check-in: 4:00PM 1st day of Month, Check-out: 10:00AM last day of the month.                                                * House Keys and gate passes will be available upon your arrival. 
Cancellation Policy:
* 100% of paid deposits will be returned to you if Owners can rent the property for the same months you reserved, and at the same rental rate.
