A large doggie park close by is part of a million dollar walking path with outdoor exercise equipment, areas for archery, bocci, horseshoe, tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. Our renters love this area because of the mature trees - plus it's a little secluded and quiet!

Our home is a non-smoking house. We do accept dogs that are non-shedders. We pay for your $50 ID passes if booking over 1 month. Once you contact us, we will email you a rental agreement where you can read the specifics and make your final decision. We know you'll love our home and the area!

A rental agreement will be provided prior to your making a commitment! Our policy is as follows:
- $700 refundable security deposit (refunded within 1 week of departure)
- $125 refundable cleaning fee (refunded if you leave our villa clean)
- $100 non-refundable pet fee (for non-shedding dogs only)
- Initial holding deposit is due upon signing the agreement. Remainder due 6 weeks prior to occupancy.
