The villa is just a golf cart away from the Nancy Lopez Country Club, close to the brand new First Responder Rec Center/pool/putting greens, the Calumet Grove Pool, the Mulberry Grove Rec Center, the Savannah Center, golf courses, polo grounds and shopping. You will feel right at home the minute you open  the front door. Think of this as your home away from home.

As you enter the front door, you will find a lovely kitchen with white cabinets, fully equipped for all your kitchen needs. Enjoy your breakfast, hot coffee and newspaper at the long bar area. There is a spacious, open dining room and living room with a TV as well as plenty of seating including recliners. Step out the side slider in the dining room to the patio area where there is outdoor tables and patio chairs and lounger that leads to the low maintenance, professionally landscaped yard which overlooks the Nancy Lopez Golf Course.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 night stands with lamps, TV, full size dresser, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with walk in shower. The sliding door leads out to your private enclosed porch where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.  

The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, a night stands with lamp, as well as a dresser. .

The 3rd bedroom/office has a trundle bed which can easily be transformed into a king size bed, a desk for guests to use. 

The washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the house. There are also cabinets located in the laundry room. We also provide an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, vacuum, linens, towels, bedding and pool towels. 4-seater Yamaha gas golf cart, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, cable tv with surround sound, exterior security system, and internet.

Rental Policy:
Reservation deposit of 50% is due upon signing of lease. If you cancel for any reason, this deposit is only refundable if the home is able to be rented for the same time frame. 

Security deposit of $1000.00 will be due upon signing of lease. Security deposit, after inspection, will be returned within 30 days. All payments must be by bank/cashiers check, money order or pay pal account.

$200.00 cleaning fee

$50.00 Villages ID fee admits two residents to Village amenities, such as recreation center classes, pools, and golf. You will have access to free golf at all the 42 executive golf courses (small fee is charged if using the golf cart on the course). There is an additional charge for golfing on the 12 Championship courses. This pass also gives you access to all pools (except the Country Club pools), pickle ball, 1,000's of clubs and activities and discounts at the movie theater located in square.
