4 month minimum during Winter season. 
 

A reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental fee, $1,000.00 security deposit plus $175.00 cleaning fee is due within 14 days of reservation to secure rental term. The remaining total plus a 7% tax (Sumter County surtax plus Florida sales tax) is due within 90 days of occupancy. Village Lifestyle ID cards can be purchased for $50.00 (includes 2 cards). More information available upon request. January through March only available as a 3 month rental.  

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
