A reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental fee, $1,000.00 security deposit plus $185.00 cleaning fee is due within 14 days of reservation to secure rental term. The remaining total plus a 7% tax (Sumter County surtax plus Florida sales tax) is due within 90 days of occupancy. Village Lifestyle ID cards can be purchased for $50.00 (includes 2 cards). More information available upon request. January through April only available as a 4 month rental.
