Booking deposit:$1000. Due at time of booking balance of agreement do 90 days prior to start of lease. Security deposit:$750. will be return after the property is inspected for damages if any will be charged against your security deposit. Balance of security will be mailed to you within 5 days.
Pet fee $100.Rent based upon double occupancy.
Cancellation policy: If property is able to be rented out for the same money, then 100% of rent/ security deposit will be returned. Shortfalls will be deducted and balance will be returned.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Sales tax of 7.0% tax collect from guests that stays less than185 consecutive night and paid to the Department of revenue the state of Florida.
