- Rental Policies and Payments.:
Property is managed by local management company residing in Monarch Grove and are always available to help or answer questions you may have before or during your rental period. We expect your rental experience to be nothing but exceptional! We provide monthly guest pass for amenities, electric, gas, Streaming TV, water, high speed internet, trash and lawn service. We ask that there are no pets or smoking on the premises. Exceptions must be discussed with the landlords.
Renters can purchase a Temporary Villagers ID for $50/couple that secures access to all golf courses in The Villages. Please discuss with landlord at time of booking. Upon departure renters will leave full tank for golf cart.
Property is to be used as a single family residence with a maximum of 4 guest occupancy. Additional guests and/or family are welcome. Adult guests with visits exceeding a week will be charged an additional charge.
Rental is secured by signing of rental agreement and receipt of $1000 security deposit and 50% of rent within 7 days of booking which includes 7% FL sales tax. Receipt is required to secure and hold rental property. The final 50% of rent including FL tax is due 60 days prior to rental period. Payment accepted by Venmo or check.
The security deposit is returned to renter within 14 days of departure minus any expense for repair of property damages or loss if indicated, cleaning fee of $200.
In the event of cancellation rent will be returned to renter if the landlord is able to secure a rental for the rental period. Security deposit is non-refundable. Recommend trip insurance see insuremytrip.com for more information if desired.
