The large Master walk in closet gives you plenty of room to store all that you bring with you for your vacation stay. The newly furnished second bedroom on the opposite side of the home has a Queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom shared with the den that has an innerspring Queen sofa sleeper for you short term visitors. This floor plan gives you complete privacy while your guests are staying. Beautiful contemporary new Living room furniture with large flat screen TV will ensure your comfort during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen will certainly make the cook in your family eager to put together those tasty meals and serve it up on either the kitchen bar, dining room table or the temperature controlled, glassed and screened in Lanai!

Rental Policy:
Check-in (first day of month) 4:00 pm - Check-out (last Day of month) 10:00 am.
Rental rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults) only. Additional fee of 10% of the total rent for up to 2 additional people. Prior approval is needed for guest stays. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Maximum of 6 people allowed. All tenants must sign the lease.
*$750.00 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. A Reservation Deposit of 50% of total rental amount is due within 7 days of booking. Reservation deposits are not refundable.
The remaining 50% rental amount owed is due 60 days prior to stay. The Security Deposit will be returned within 20 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear & tear.
The Villages Temporary Resident ID cards are provided free of charge. A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit if the home is not left in clean condition upon vacating. Additional fees will apply if the following items are not returned upon departure; house keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards & mailbox key (if furnished).
