The luxurious resort style pool is unlike any other in the Villages and is a perfect place to spend the day. Grab a delicious lunch or early dinner at the Fenney Grill. Nearby, there are beautiful nature trails the meander through a preserve and the natural springs.
For golfers, enjoy the par 2 18 hole Putt and Play course and then venture onto the Villages 4 newest golf courses! Enjoy the natural beauty of the Red Fox and Grey Fox courses or try out the newly opened Loblolly and Longleaf courses. Walk to the nearby recreation center where daily activities will keep you busy. Bocce, Yoga, water volleyball, pickleball and more! There’s even an Archery Range nearby. At night, it's just a short drive to Brownwood for dining options and live music and dancing!This new Villa is fully furnished and features 2 comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped, open concept kitchen with a center island. The Master suite has a king-sized bed and a queen bed in the guest room. A third bedroom/den is set up for an office and has a fold out twin bed.
Beach towels and all linens are included. There is a 49” wall-mount TV as well as WiFi and cable. You’ll receive daily delivery of the Daily Sun newspaper telling you everything going on around the Villages. Included are a wicker and glass table and chairs to enjoy outdoors while on the patio. You will find our home very clean, uncluttered and furnished with comfy contemporary style. Rentals of more than 6 months do not require payment of FL taxes.

Fenny Rec center and Fenny Grill restaurant and resort-style pool , Red Fox, Grey Fox, Loblolly and Longleaf golf courses plus an archery range and nine hole putting course. You can drive your golf cart to Brownwood town square, the food trucks, beautiful walking trails shaded by moss covered massive live oak trees and a nine hole pitch and putt course. A retail shopping center with a grocery, restaurants, etc is now handily available at Magnolia Plaza.

A fully refundable deposit is required at booking and will be returned within ten days of departure upon verification of condition minus the cleaning fee. We are a no smoking and no pets home for two seniors to enjoy. Short term guests are welcome but do incur a guest fee of $100 per week with a maximum of two adults at one time. Resident IDs (Lifestyle ID) are available for up to two occupants named on the lease. Our home is extremely neat and clean and we look forward to having you visit our lovely villa.
