It is located ideally for golfers wanting to experience the best in The Villages Golfing. The villa is conveniently located less than a 1-minute golf cart ride from, three (3) Executive Golf Courses, Tarpon Boil & Red Fish Run & Bonita Pass. It is within 15 minutes golf cart ride to 17 additional Executive courses. There is now 44 Executive courses for you to play.

The Villa is 5 minutes from Cane Garden Country Club with it 3–9-hole Championship Courses and 15 minutes from the following Country Club Golf Courses & Restaurants: Havana, Mallory Hills, Bonifay, Evans Prairie, Belle Glade & Palmer Country Clubs. There are now 14 Championship courses for you to play.

The villa is just 2 minutes via golf cart from, Fish Hawk, the Neighborhood Recreation Center where you can swim in the heated (82 degrees) saltwater pool, play billiards (6-full size tables), play horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocce ball & pickle-ball. On the opposite corner is the mailbox facility & the heated saltwater pool for those over 35 years of age.

It is a short 15-minutes’ drive via golf cart to the beautiful Sumter Landing Town Square, where you can enjoy the only movie theatre in The Villages, & Brownwood Paddock Town Square. Both squares have restaurants, shops, and nightly, live entertainment plus banking & medical facilities.

If you golf, you will be invited to join our Thursday Executive golf group for couples. We golf a different course every Thursday, followed by a dinner at either a Country Club or local restaurant.  We go there in our golf carts following the golf play. You will also be invited to join in our neighborhood group for social activities where you will meet actual permanent residents who have lived here from 1 year to 15 years. If you are planning on moving to The Villages, this can give you a real feel and answer a lot of questions you may have. In any event, we will personally see that you have a great time. 

THE VILLA

Has everything you need, EXCEPT your clothes & food!!

The kitchen has a table & seating for 4, Refrigerator with Ice maker, Electric glass top stove, dishwasher, toaster, can opener, blender, Microwave, slow cooker, George Foreman grill, coffee maker (both drip & pod) & cooking utensils, dishes, pots/pans etc. & a large solar tube for extra light.

The separate dining room is furnished to accommodate guests with seating for 6.

Two new leather dual reclining loveseats in the living room.

The Master Bedroom has a brand-new King deluxe mattress with a Thermo-Pedic Topper for a great night's rest, a private bathroom, a large walk-in-closet & a solar tube in the bathroom for extra natural light.

The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bedroom set & a large closet. The Queen bed has a Thermo-Pedic Topper for a great night's rest.

This is an Allergy Free home & as such, it has never had a tobacco user or pet in or on the premises.

A brand new 55"' HD Vizio flat screen, wall mounted, TV. Streaming ROKU TV service & Hi-Speed Internet. Watching sports is not a problem. 

A Westinghouse quality Washer & Dryer is provided.

All new, fine quality linens & towels are provided plus towels for the pool.

The Lanai is screened with a patio table and 4 chairs.

For grilling, a new (Jan '26) Weber propane gas Barbecue grill is provided.

Iron and Ironing board included, plus a Hair dryer.

2 (two) fold-up bag chairs for use at any function or town square event.

Keys, garage door opener and gate passes will be available upon arrival.

YOUR VISIT OF 1 MONTH OR MORE WILL INCLUDE:

A deluxe, two passenger “Village Ready” Yamaha golf cart with rain enclosure, flip down windshield, twin rear-view mirrors, deluxe padded seats, moveable arm rests, gas gauge, speed o meter, seat belts & for added safety, additional exterior LED turn signal lights. And we have an extra cart in the event the one you are provided breaks down, or if you have guests. After 14 years, we have never had a breakdown.

5. A subscription to the Daily Sun Newspaper.

6. Temporary Resident Lifestyle IDs/ Guest passes are provided.

7. Guests passes will be provided FREE to all your overnight guests. These will give your guests access to all of the Village facilities, including 47 Executive golf courses and 15 championship courses including pools, 214      Pickleball courts,15 Softball fields,101 heated, saltwater swimming pools, 146 miles of multi-media paths to be    used by golf carts, bicycles, runners & walkers, 3,100 Lifestyle clubs & 11 Shopping plazas. & 30 Regional Recreation Centers.

8. A postal box is available at "no charge" if needed for your forwarded mail.

VISITORS

Visitors are welcome & encouraged. So, bring friends or family to help share your vacation time. No more than 2 visitors at a time. Children under 6 are free & not included in the visitor count. We will provide FREE Guests IDs for each visitor over age 1 so they can enjoy the same amenities as you. Good times are better when enjoyed with family & friends.

Visit the beaches in Daytona or Tampa, just 1.5 hours away, or visit Disney World, Epcot Center, Universal Studios & all the attractions in Orlando, just 50 minutes south. Then come home & sleep in your bed, saving motel fees.

If you want beautiful weather, open tee times, lowest golfing rates, easy tee times, no waiting lines, anywhere and low rental rates, come on down in October, November &/or December.

 Refundable Security Deposit - $ 750.00 up to 1 month; $1,000.00 2- 3 months, $1,500 for 4-6 months.

Refundable Security Deposit returned with-in 15 days after checkout, minus the cleaning fee.

Cleaning Fee - $ 250.00 up to 1 month; $ 300.00 for 2 to 3 months, $ 400.00 for 4-6 months.

There is a one-time cleaning charge of $100.00 for guests, regardless of how many groups of guests you have and how long they stay. 

All guests over 1 year of age are required by The Villages to have "Guest Passes." We will be provided those passes for free.

50% of rental fee plus Security deposit & Florida Transit tax (7%) due with contract. 6- month rentals pay NO Florida Transit tax. That saves you 7%.

Balance due 90 days before check-in.

If rent made with-in 90 days of arrival date, the full amount is due (rent-Security Deposit-Florida Transit Tax).

Rates are for double occupancy.

Two Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID's ($50.00) are included at no charge.
