This is our vacation home, and it is spotless and well appointed. This includes a whole house HEPA air filter, a gas grill and outdoor furnishings. The property backs to a Turtle Preserve so you look at trees not houses. Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The lanai is fully enclosed, air-conditioned and heated with privacy windows and a futon, which allow it to double as a spare bedroom for overnight guests.We have everything from bicycles to board games, bag chairs to swim noodles; even left and right handed golf clubs in bags.

- Our home is in a very quiet area with no thru traffic yet still in the heart of it all! 3 minute car ride to Publix, shopping and restaurants. 1 more minute to Spanish Springs Town Square. (9 min by cart). 2 recreation centers within 1 mile. Close to the Polo Fields and golfing, and even just a few minutes from the hospital.

4 adults maximum. Overnight guests must be approved prior to stay. 25% of rental fee is due at time of reservation via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo. $1200 (refundable) deposit is required prior to possession. $175 cleaning fee will be added to rental fees. Golf cart will be available to renters with clean driving record. Tank will be full and must be returned full. Adults 55+ community. Temporary resident IDs available for $50/couple but are not required.
