Grill outside or create your own dish using the gas stove in the extra-large kitchen, then enjoy your meal in our spacious living/dining room or out on the patio furniture.  Pick your favorite show on YouTube TV, watch a movie or listen to music on one of the 3 TVs while the ceiling fans create a gentle breeze..  Nourish your body with endless softened hot water in the tub/shower.  Enjoy a constant supply of clean/fresh drinking water, courtesy of the built-in Reverse Osmosis system, and let the dishwasher and washer/dryer do your work while you practice your skills at the Putt and Play just across the road.

The kitchen includes many amenities, including gourmet & cast iron pots/pans, baking and grilling equipment, a wide range of utensils/silverware and Victorinox peelers/paring knives.  You'll also have a countertop oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, panini maker, crock pot, blender, and a multitude of other tools to help you feel at home.  The dual-function sprayer on the sink, the disposer and built-in dishwasher make cleanup a breeze.

WiFi is available throughout the home, and is a fiber connection with 1Gbps speed.  If you are a techie you'll know this means the internet is lightning fast.  This will make it easy for you to check emails, download files, watch videos, stream music, or connect to virtual meetings if needed.  No surge protectors required - a master surge protector is installed on the electrical service box.  Located in the front of the enclosed Florida room is a beautiful hardwood desk and chair, equipped with office supplies.  Have company?  Use the extra space for guests with a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, tiled walk-in shower and a Nectar king bed with luxury sheets and pillows. The guest bedroom also has Nectar bedding and feature additional bedroom pieces for storage. All rooms have ceiling fans and dimmable lights, and some also feature USB outlets.  The living room features a power-recline sofa and power-recline loveseat with an electric fireplace in the entertainment center. The dining room table can comfortably seat 8, and chairs can be repurposed for use at the kitchen bar.

The rental agreement includes use of our 2014 Yamaha EFI 4-seat golf cart, two bikes/helmets and mens/womens golf clubs.

Gas, water, electric, trash and amenities fee are included. Pets/smoking not allowed. Not currently accepting long-term rentals (1 year+).  Contract via DocuSign and flexible payment options.
