Ensuite master bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the guest bath has a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer are inside the home for easy use. The spacious living room features a couch, recliner and designer chair to watch the large Smart TV. The open concept plan allows for a 4-person dining table in the living area and a 4-stool counter in the kitchen. The front of the home features an open lanai with chairs for relaxing in and watching the sun set. Quiet location. Not backing up to a busy street, golf cart path, or tee box. Not on a through street. There is also a full house water filtration system.
Absolutely no smoking or pets.
Rental Fees are based off an occupancy of 2 renters. Additional guests that stay more than 3 consecutive days, will incur additional fees.
Temporary Resident ID passes, should you wish to use the Championship Golf Courses, pool, etc are available for an additional fee of $50 (per people).
Property utilities, WIFI, trash, lawn and pest service are included.

- Fenney Recreation Center with family pool. Fenney Grill Blue Heron and Sugar Cane Adult swimming pools Magnolia Plaza and the Everglades Recreation is located less than 10 minutes away on the golf car. The Magnolia Plaza features a Publix, McDonalds, Willie Jewells BBQ, China Chef, Reveille Cafe.
- Rental Policies and Payments.:
$1000 Deposit at time of booking with signed contract.
Rent (less deposit), Damage Deposit, taxes and cleaning fee, due 90 Days before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation will result in loss of Security Deposit. Rent Payment is 100% refundable with a minimum 60 day notice of cancellation as long as the property is re-rented or 50% refundable with a minimum 30 day notice of cancellation if the property is re-rented. If property is not re-rented, lessee forfeits rental payment. We recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance such as: www.travelguard.com.
