10% of the full amount needs to be deposited in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made 90 days or more before your scheduled check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be retained.

Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days prior to check-in will result in a retention of 50% of the total booking amount.

If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before your check-in date, 75% of the total booking amount will be non-refundable.

Please note that cancellations made within 15 days of your check-in date are non-refundable.

Payment Schedule: The full balance for your booking is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
