$150 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. (Our home is professionally cleaned after each rental)

$50.00 Lifestyle ID fee can be paid at time of pick up at the Sumter Landing sales and information center.

Prior of Reservation:

50% of rental is due within 45 days of booking.

Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. If check-in date is less than 30 days of booking, 100% of rent is due at time of reservation.
