- Access to The Villages' pools, pickleball courts, golf, fitness classes, and more requires a Village Resident ID card ($50/person; limit 2 per home). Once you have your IDs, visit any Regional Recreation Center to request guest passes for additional members of your group. Guest passes are valid for all amenities except sports pools. You do not need to be present for your guests to use the facilities. A small greens fee (~$11) applies at executive golf courses. Please note: commercial vehicles may not park on-site overnight.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made 90 days or more before your scheduled check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be retained.
Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days prior to check-in will result in a retention of 50% of the total booking amount.
If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before your check-in date, 75% of the total booking amount will be non-refundable.
Please note that cancellations made within 15 days of your check-in date are non-refundable.
Payment Schedule: The full balance for your booking is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
