Cleaning Fee: $150 for single month rented & $175 for multiple months Fee will be subtracted from Deposit/Security
Deposit: 50% of full rental is due 30 days after booking
Balance of full rental: is due 60 days before arrival.
In event of cancellation, the security deposit will not be refunded. Other fees returned if property is re-rented.

Only If owner can re-rent the unit for months cancelled will monthly fees be returned

Check in is 3p.m. on the first day of the rental, and check out is at 10 a.m. on last day of rental.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Price quote is for two (2) occupants - Second couple additional $500 per month, shorter stays no charge

Only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart.

Any type of damage occurred to owner’s golf cart during rental period must be paid for by renter.

Keys, Garage door opener and gate pass supplied upon arrival

Optional resident ID card, which is $50 payable to The Villages, is highly recommended.

This allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident

(Needed to golf, use pool and other sport facilities)
