Only 0.7 miles to the newest Eastport Town Square.; 2.3 miles to Sawgrass Grove; and 4 miles to Magnolia Plaza where all of your nightly entertainment, shopping and dining needs will be met. There is golf galore including the 9-hole Bellaire Executive Course along with the Central Lake Teaching Academy and Driving Range. Boosters Bar and Grill is a lively new restaurant featuring live music and a happy hour. There are indoor and outdoor activities too numerous to mention.

Be among the first to live in this sparkling new patio Villa. Sorry, no pets or smoking or vaping allowed on the premises.

- Within 21 days prior to move-in, the following shall be provided: (1) First and last month's rent; (2) $200 cleaning fee (non-refundable); (3) Proof of insurance
- Renters must have a good credit score  and at least 2 personal references.
- There is a $100 non-refundable fee to cover background/credit checks with application
- All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy.
- Owner pays: Amenity fee, irrigation water, trash, sewer, lawn service, and pest control services.
- Tenant pays: Electricity, gas, potable water, cable TV, and internet for long-term rental
